5 Anti aging face mask

Rejuvenating Mask

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of facial clay
1 teaspoon of instant oatmeal
½ tablespoon of powdered milk (organic provides the most benefits)
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
Enough water to make the paste consistent
3 drops of lavender essential oil

Directions:
Mix the first five ingredients together before beginning to add water to create consistency. After the paste reaches the desired consistency add the three drops of Lavender oil, feel free to sleep in the face mask and enjoy the benefits from inhaling the lavender and the benefits the mask will provide for your skin.

Benefits:
The milk helps to cleanse and nourish the skin of unneeded oils and bacteria. Olive oil provides moisture to the skin while adding a high amount of minerals as well, while the honey and oatmeal work together to help hold the mixture together and tighten your skin. The lavender oil provides a stress reducing aroma, helps regenerate skin cells, remove scars, and helps to remove wrinkles as well.

Anti aging mask


Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
1 cup of uncooked oatmeal
2 tablespoons of honey
3 drops of Geranium essential oil

Directions:
Using a food processor, combine the pomegranate seeds and oatmeal before transferring to a bowl. Add the honey and Geranium oil before stirring. Apply to your face and let it sit for around 30 minutes (longer times do not hurt) before rinsing off.

Honey and oatmeal again work here to help bind together the mixture and strengthen the skin. Pomegranate seeds contain a high quantity of anti-aging nutrients such as antioxidants and vitamin C. Geranium oil works to control oil production, helping to reduce breakouts. Yogurt-Lemon Fresh Face  Mask


Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon of organic Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of sandalwood powder
3 drops of patchouli essential oil

Directions:
First mix the first three ingredients together in a bowl before adding the three drops of Patchouli essential oil. Apply to your face and leave it on until it dries (perfectly safe to sleep in). Be sure to massage the ingredients into your face as you wash them off as it provides additional exfoliation.

Yogurt will help to smooth and moisturize the skin, while the sandalwood powder provides a number of healthful nutrients to the skin as well. Multi-Purpose Face Mask

Ingredients:
½ ripe avocado
1 tablespoon of warm honey
3 drops of lavender essential oil

Directions:
First mix the avocado and honey together before adding the lavender oil. Apply to your face, remove after 30 minutes (can be left on longer). Slightly warm the honey before adding to mixture.

The avocado adds moisture, while vitamins help regulate your skin tone. Honey helps to bind the mixture together, while the lavender oil provides numerous benefits to your skin. The scent of the lavender oil also helps reduce stress.

Strawberry-Egg Face Mask


Ingredients:
1 cup of fresh strawberries
½ cup of liquid egg whites
3 drops of geranium essential oil

Directions:
Blend the fresh strawberries together in a food processor before putting them into a bowl. Mix in the liquid egg whites and geranium oil, stir until the mixture is blended well. Apply to your face for at least 30 minutes before washing off.

Benefits:
Strawberries contain a high amount of anti-aging compounds that help fight free radicals which can do a lot of damage to skin cells. The egg whites add minerals which help moisturize the skin fight wrinkles.
